
Nourish Through Yoga
Welcome to Nourished Yoga. My name is Nicole and I would love to lead you on a nourishing journey inwards through Yoga.
My yoga journey began over 10 years ago when I first started practicing yoga for stress relief during my uni years. I quickly feel deeply in love with the practice and over the years dived deeper into the more subtle aspects, learning that there is so much more to yoga than making shapes with your body. I took my first yoga training in March 2021 and have since developed an amazing community of Yogis in my beautiful town of Feilding, New Zealand. I would love to have you join us for a class!
Yoga is not a work out, it is a work in.
When we step on our mats we are creating space and time for ourselves, and in todays hectic world that is truly a blessing not to be overlooked. Yoga helps us connect with ourselves and our bodies and gives us the opportunity to be present and enter a state of total relaxation.

- Certified Tibetan Sound Healing & Sound Therapy

Yoga is a time for you to be present with yourself, mindfully move your body to help release stress and tension and a time to find a little quiet and peacefulness amongst your busy life.
