Class Descriptions

Yin ~ A calming and restorative class, suitable for all levels. Yin yoga is designed to lower stress and anxiety levels, develop mindfulness and target the deep connective tissue within the body. All postures are seated or reclined and held for around 3 to 5 minutes, allowing you to deeply relax.

Slow Flow ~ A slower style flow class suitable for beginners and those who just want to take things a little slower. We will explore asana (physical postures) to release tension and stress from the body as we move through a slow and mindful flow, and pranayama (breathwork) to help calm and relax the system. Finishing with a lovely long savasana to let you completely relax.

Flow ~ Move with your breath through our vinyasa flow class and leave feeling refreshed & connected. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, with lots of options given depending on how deep you wish to take your practice. You’ll be lovingly challenged as we build heat and strength in this flowing and meditative class.

Morning Flow ~ A beautiful 60min sunrise morning flow class to awaken mind, body and soul. Beginning with a little stillness and breath awareness then moving through flowing sun salutations and asana (postures) to stretch the body and release tension. Finishing with Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to calm the mind and connect within. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
