~ Breathwork & Sound Meditation

A breathwork class to help you unwind at the end of the week, to feel refreshed and reset. During the class we will utilise different breathing techniques to help shift our state, from ancient pranayama practices to modern breathwork styles. Upregulating and downregulating breathing patterns, as well as intentional breath holds, will help to shift you into a beautiful state of rest and relaxation. The session will end with a sound meditation using crystal sound bowls, and koshi chimes. 

No experience required for these classes, come with an open mind and heart. 

Please do note that this class is not suitable for pregnancy or those with serious heart conditions.

An hour just for you ~ complete relaxation

An hour of complete meditative relaxation. Come lay down on your mat and listen to the healing and calming vibrations of the quartz crystal sound bowls. The crystal sound bowls produce a deeply relaxing sound that allows you to drop into a deep meditative state, leaving you feeling peaceful, calm, and connected.

~ Yin & Yoga Nidra

A 75min class dedicated to total relaxation. Yin yoga is designed to lower stress and anxiety levels, develop mindfulness and target the deep connective tissue within the body, working into the ligaments and tendons surrounding the joints, as well as the fascia. All postures are seated or reclined and held for around 3 to 5 minutes, allowing you to deeply relax. Finishing with Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique that reduces stress by inducing deep physical, emotional and mental relaxation. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. The ultimate way to unwind!
